Thanks sebab tulis pasal Rev48. Sayang aku tak pandai baca bahasa Tionghua. Aku mungkin datang buat tayangan kat Penang bulan November nanti.

Anak Nah:

Johnny:
Aku dah baca blog kau. Kau orang pertama yang tulis pasal Rev48 dalam blog! Terima kasih. Aku pun tergamam jugak bila dengar dia sebut proletariat masa interview dia dulu! Dia memang revolusioner habis, takde sapa boleh lawan lah.

Here are some thoughts about the film:

1) Based on the draft part 1, you seems to be on the right track by ending with how the Alliance was "selected" as "the right choice eventually". Focusing on this might help the film pass the censors as you are less likely to be seen as challenging the prevailing belief and status quo.

2) You can think of focusing on how many who joined PKM were not into communism but in freeing the country (an important fact). Beware of this method though as you might be seen as glorifying communism.

3) To fix the problem in #2, focus on how the communist armed struggle for independence - even though noble - was doomed for failure as violence doesn't pay. This would reduce the chance that you are seen as trying to stir up emotions.

4) Hope the second part would fully explain Lai Te's role in the British's return to Malaya and the subsequent war.

5) When all is done, having a collector's edition of 10Tahun and Revolusi in one compilation might be a neat idea.

6) And where did you have those t-shirts made? Seems like good quality. (Hehe..)

Good luck.
